Our intensive model is built with your needs in mind. Gap Relief offers multiple customizable intensive plans with a frequency that matches your therapeutic need. Our intensives can occur onsite at the Gap Relief offices, on-location, or via telehealth.

Potential ways to engage our intensive plans:

• Monthly 4 hour block

• Bi-Monthly 2 hour block

• Monthly or Bi-Monthly 3 hour block

• Full-Day 8 hour block

• Individual, Marital, Family, and Group

• Growth-focused, trauma-repair, and crisis

Insurance

Gap Relief is a preferred provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield and AmBetter members. Most insurance plans do not cover multiple therapeutic hours with the same date of service. Gap Relief will file insurance on what is covered and you will be responsible for the remaining cost not covered by insurance. If you are seeking services and are insured with another provider, we are happy to help furnish you with a super-bill of services that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Private Pay

Our private pay options range from $100-$175 per therapeutic hour.
