Counselor

Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (North Carolina) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (Texas) with over 18 years of experience in diverse counseling settings. Ashley received her Master’s Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Biblical Counseling. She specializes in a trauma-informed approach, and is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

Her background includes work in residential treatment facilities, private practice, and community organizations, where she has provided support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Ashley has experience helping clients navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, family dynamics, parenting, and coping with chronic pain.

Ashley is committed to helping people grow in their ability to connect with themselves and others. Her work focuses on understanding our stories and how those stories impact our ability to connect, grow, and heal. She believes that growth occurs when we address the whole person including emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health.
