Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to healing that utilizes the principles and practices of yoga to address the mind, body, heart and spirit. It involves adapting traditional yoga practices with an emphasis on mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, recognizing and respecting the unique needs and sensitivities of each individual on their healing journey.
Yoga Therapy Sessions are between $100-$150 a session depending on the provider.

Brainspotting is a noninvasive treatment that locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in their brain. This create new neural pathways to help process difficult emotions and experiences.
In addition to accessing trauma in the brain, brainspotting helps build upon and expand internal resources in order to create clarity, help make decisions or breakthrough stuck places in work or creativity.
